AMRAP 20 min of:
15 ft rope climb 1 ascent
Run 400 meters
Max rep handstand push ups

6 rounds at 10-9-8-9-8-8. That was tough, could have squeezed in another round if I wasn't so tired. I always love doing a Hero workout, just my way of saying thank you. First day off shift of my first shift (say that 5 times fast). There is no doubt in my mind that being a Fireman is the best job in the world. I'm truly lucky to be one.
