The WOD for today was something that I didn't have all the Equipment for so I just used Helen as a Default. I beat my PR by 37 seconds. Booyah.

I've been taking it easy on deadlifts and am glad. This is the first day that they've felt really good in a while now. I forgot how much i loved these.

My girlfriend made this one up and it sucked. I modified it from her version but it was close enough to give it her name. Damn she's good for me.
