I didn't do the metcon because I'm a lazy bastard today and i couldn't get my ass to move like that.

The good news is this weekend my brother was given this bar from a friend and it's a bit rusty but i think it's better then the one we have. The only problem is it doesn't "whip" which is kind of different to me since I've never had a bar that didn't. He's some pictures, hopefully wolfman will let me know if it was a good pick up or not. One things for sure, my hands will be happier due to the less aggressive knurling.
