Wednesday:Nate (modified)
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
16 20kg Kettlebell swings (wish i had a 2 pood)

10 rounds plus 2 muscle ups and 4 HSPU's

Tuesday:
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

7 rounds. That sucked after cindy
