Obvious statement: One legged squats are hard.

One legged KB squats

20lbs, 35lbs, 44lbs
First time doing these other then as a party trick and they were tough to do in straight sets, that's for sure.

21 KB swings 35lbs
15 pull ups

I need to stop taking mini breaks to get water during these.
