My back was already sore from FGB yesterday so i listened to my body and skipped the "80% of your 5 rep max find your max rep set".

    You are naturally strong so most of your deficiencies really come from your ability to lift heavy weight regardless of form. Now, your form isn't bad but here are a few things to watch.

    1:You need to be tighter at the bottom.
    Hamstrings should be tight and your hips, shoulders and bar all move at the same time. sometimes your ass will lift before the bar does.

    2: Your back is rounded.
    remember, hands, feet, shins, CHEST.
    Big chest at the bottom. your shirt should wrinkle at the lower back. wearing a belt can round the back so you really have to work to get that curve. Pull the belly button to the spine, deep breath, slightly arch the lower back and pull.

    3. You are closing the knee angle to soon on the down.
    when you are lowering, close the hip angle until the bar is past the knee then close the knee angle. that way the bar isn't going away from you to get past the knees. notice now the bar diverts from the straight path to move around your knees. we move around the bar the bar doesn't move around us.

    very good so far. Review your videos with those points in mind until you see them for yourself.
