Clean- Push Press-Push Jerk

I told myself that when I felt like the bar was pretty heavy during warm up I'd use that weight. I have no idea why 135 felt so heavy but it did so i went with it and I think it was the right choice. I'm amazed at the "belly button to back bone" technique. My back never felt weird at all during this Metcon. It was a brutal one too.
