Holy god that metcon killed me. My sister watched me do this and was like "Are you suppose to lay on the ground after your done like that?" and i'm not going to lie I push jerked a few times on that last set.
Foot note: If you feel pain wear pants during deadlifts, otherwise your shins will eventually bleed. Unless your not a pussy, like me for example.
You need to loose some weight. 160lbs is 70% body weight? Uhg that sucks.
ReplyDeleteI still think 1 sdhp does not equal 1 meter row. I do 1 to 2 that seems right.
Explain the choose the protocol 12,9,6 or 12=>15 I still don't know what they mean.
