Metcon
as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
65 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
65 pound Hang clean, 8 reps
65 pound Push-press, 6 reps
14 complete rounds. I was dying on this Metcon, I always forget to wear pants when deadlifting so by the end my shins were bleeding in several places. Sweetness.
these cfsb wods look sucky. i cant wait.
ReplyDeletei hate that metcon. ive dont that one but add front squat before the push press and i try to hold the bar the whole round. that is TRY. haha. good job
