Whoa... not fun.

For time:
150 wall balls shots with a 20lb ball
time-6:40

I have never done this WOD and it sucked about as much as I thought it would. I did the first 50 without stopping then broke it up into sets of 25. Good stuff, my legs are jello.

p.s. I did Mondays WOD too but I hate jump roping so much there is no way that I'm going to post how crappy that was. My PTSD frustration rears it's ugly head when I'm trying to jump rope for time. I'd rather do AMRAP in 20 min of burpees then jump rope. Just means i need to work on it.
