Pullups/Ring Dips

I knew if I didnt do the main site WOD it'd bite me in the ass. I ran 5k yesterday and didn't feel like doing the 10K today, so i did a WOD that Wolfman posted a while back.

Never came off the bar once during the pull ups but the dips were another story. On another note I've been eating Larabars since my girlfriend showed them to me and wow. Totally natural and a good Paleo snack. Try them or I'll kill you... with kindness.
