WTF!? That's not Helen!

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing) i subbed a 44 since it's my biggest I have right now.
12 Handstand push-ups

Time-10:24

Damn it that's 4 seconds slower then my PR. It's all good though. I was tired and hungry, that's my excuse this time anyway.

I just now realized that it has HSPU's instead of pull ups. What the hell? that's not Helen! i did pull ups because I didn't notice that until right now. Oh well.
