Finally got a body weight front squat. It was easier then i thought it'd be, so i should have loaded the bar with more weight.

5 rounds for time of:
15 kb swings, 24kg or heavier (used a 20kg because that's the heaviest i have)
15 walking lounge alternating with 24 kg or heavier weight in arm
time- 7:16
