Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Bench press 135 pounds, 10 reps (I subbed Push ups)
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Dips 20 reps (subbed ring dips)
4 rounds plus 2 HSPU's
Oh my god, everytime I think "This sounds easy" it kicks the shit out of me. I did this one on friday and I'm still sore. The dips killed me but it was still a good one.
