I jumped up a little to early on that last one. I'm going back to regular CrossFit now just because all the wieght training plus the Metcons I feel is wrecking my body to much. I'm strong as hell but I want more endurance and I don't care if I lose some strength in the process. In the end I'll still be a beast.
